Out of the hold of the mind’s deception,
Stronger than the will of the heart,
Spanning from thought’s conception,
The warped mental tears hope apart.
Assessing the soul’s simple pleasures,
Harder to find each day,
Blocking life’s countermeasures,
The desperate has gone astray.
Pushing out the dark matter,
Clearer the mind ascends,
Ignoring the negative chatter,
The lost spirit comes to amends.
