Joining together, becoming one.
Jilted, ready to be done.
Joyous daughter; wonderful son.
Kindness given even when it is hard.
Keeping the distance, upholding the guard.
Kicking the ball out in the yard.

Learning the words to the family song.
Lessons on how to belong.
Maximizing each paycheck.
Meaningful words, tolerance, and respect.
Messy car; house a wreck.
Nice words shared day and night.
Nagging to the verge of a fight.
Nurturing, making the future bright.
Oasis, away from the storm.

Omitting the will, learning to transform.
Playing and finding joy.
Pestering, teasing, trying to annoy.
Pride in the baby girl and boy.
Quality time brings the family near.
Quarreling, filling one with fear.

Seeking and balming the broken and lost.
